REFUND POLICY

  • MCDS will refund 100% of camp registration fees up to 90 days after payment is made, or through May 1st, whichever comes first.
  • After May 1st, a 75% refund will be issued for cancellations made at two weeks before the camp session is scheduled to begin.
  • Cancellations requested within two weeks prior to the registered session will receive a 50% refund.
  • There are no refunds for requests made within 48 hours of the date the camp session is to begin.

PRIVACY POLICY

MCDS Summer Discovery regards participant privacy as an important part of our relationship with our families. The following privacy policy applies to all Summer Discovery participants and conforms to Internet privacy standards.

Collection of Information

In order to use the Summer Discovery website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best experience possible for your child. Correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to registrations, support, and accounts. Any information collected by Summer Discovery is collected via telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website. We will never forward any information on to a 3rd party vendor.

Storage of Collected Information

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When credit card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete credit card details. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
